Based in the South West London/Twickenham area, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the e-commerce strategy for a business with ambitious growth plans.

As E-commerce Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving online sales growth, refining the customer journey, and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
As E-commerce Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's commercial objectives and growth ambitions.
- Driving Online Performance: Maximising online sales by enhancing the user experience, improving site performance, and optimising conversion rates.
- Leading the Team: Managing, inspiring, and empowering the e-commerce team to deliver innovative, impactful solutions.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring the smooth running of the e-commerce platform and its integration with physical retail stores.
- Data-Led Decision-Making: Using market insights, analytics, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Leveraging new tools and technologies to create a premium digital shopping journey while ensuring the platform is mobile-optimised and SEO-friendly.
- Collaborating Across Functions: Partnering with marketing, merchandising, IT, and other key teams to ensure cohesive execution of e-commerce initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive Experience: At least 8 years in e-commerce management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within fashion or retail.
- Proven Success: A track record of delivering significant online revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, combined with experience in digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to optimise e-commerce operations and campaigns.
- Strong Leadership: Exceptional team management and communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and drive results in a high-pressure environment.
