As Head of Digital, you'll lead from the front, leveraging your strategic and operational expertise to drive performance across e-commerce, digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Create and execute a digital strategy that aligns with company objectives and delivers measurable results.
• Performance Optimisation: Oversee e-commerce trading, digital marketing, and customer acquisition/retention strategies to maximise ROI and meet growth targets.
• Customer Experience: Own the end-to-end digital customer journey, optimising usability, conversion rates, and omnichannel integration.
• Commercial Accountability: Manage digital P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring resources are used effectively to deliver growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and drive decision-making.
• Innovation: Implement cutting-edge tools, processes, and systems to stay ahead of market trends and create an exceptional digital experience.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering collaboration and innovation across the business.

What You'll Bring:

• Leadership & Strategy: A proven track record of creating and implementing growth-focused digital strategies, ideally within a fashion or retail environment.
• P&L Management: Extensive experience managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering ROI on digital initiatives.
• E-commerce Expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce trading, CRO, SEO, PPC, and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Team Development: Inspirational leadership skills, with a focus on empowering and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.
