The Role: Ecommerce Executive
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving online sales and optimising the customer journey across multiple brand websites. Working closely with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce, you will take ownership of daily trading operations and contribute to long-term digital strategy to maximise growth.
Your responsibilities as an Ecommerce Executive will include:
- Managing the on-site experience, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Overseeing merchandising strategies across the websites to enhance conversion rates.
- Owning on-site recommendations and optimising product placements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
- Analysing website performance, functionality, and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve ecommerce performance.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this Ecommerce Executive role, you should have:
- At least 2 years' experience in an ecommerce or online merchandising role.
- Experience using Google Analytics and CRM software (e.g. Klaviyo).
- A strong understanding of Shopify (desirable).
- A data-driven approach with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
