Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR support and comprehensive advice across the business, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain and update HR documentation for current and former employees.
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with managers and staff to resolve HR challenges effectively.
- Review payroll processes to ensure accuracy (no payroll processing required).
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Proven experience advising line managers on employee relations and employment law.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about HR, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
