Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting people and operational excellence? Join us as a Senior HR and Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR processes, effective communication, and seamless operational support across the organization.

About the Role

This dynamic role bridges human resources and retail operations, providing essential support to colleagues and contributing to the success of the entire team. Your responsibilities will include:

Human Resources Administration

  • Manage HR processes, including starters, leavers, contracts, and payroll support.
  • Maintain personnel files, company healthcare records, and the company handbook.
  • Handle probation, disciplinary, and reference checks, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Organize new starter inductions and manage sickness records.

Training and Development

  • Support the implementation of training programs, including watch brand training and eLearning.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for training sessions.
  • Assist with the Development Review process and coaching support.

Operations Support

  • Oversee time and attendance systems, organizational charts, and contractor visits.
  • Manage company cars, confidential waste, and business gift processes.
  • Plan and execute events, such as the annual end-of-year party and company conferences.

Group Communications and Projects

  • Manage group-wide communications and track acknowledgments.
  • Support or lead projects as required, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Proven experience in human resources or operational administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, time management tools, and organizational software is advantageous.
