Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor with a passion for fashion retail?
We're looking for a hands-on and commercially focused Assistant Manager to join a successful and growing UK retail brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced Store Manager, lead from the front and play a key role in driving the success of the store.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and Inspire: Support, motivate and develop a team that shares your passion for fashion and customer service.
Drive Sales & Performance: Lead by example, setting the standard for excellence in both sales and customer service.
Create a Fantastic Shopping Experience: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and a great shopping experience.
Support the Store Manager: Play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store and take ownership in their absence.
Drive KPIs: Help the store achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Coach & Develop: Support the Store Manager with coaching, training and developing the wider team.
What We're Looking For
Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion, accessories or a fast-paced retail environment.
A proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and store performance.
A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Commercially aware, energetic and hands-on.
Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a growing retail business.
Someone who brings a positive, fun and energetic approach to the team.
