Salary: £16,500 + bonus potential
Working Pattern: 3 days per week - Monday to Friday

We're recruiting for a Part-Time Supervisor to join a successful and growing business in Sutton.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the store, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and ensure high operational standards are maintained.
A key attraction of the role is the working pattern. You'll work 3 days per week with no weekend working.
The Role
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Handle customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
- Support the day-to-day running of the store
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
- Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed
- Complete administration and customer documentation accurately
- Take responsibility for the store when required
- Provide occasional cover at the Surbiton store
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
About You
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, sales or customer service
- Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible to travel to Surbiton when required
