What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fantastic shopping experience.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Drive sales and contribute towards store targets and KPIs.
Keep the store looking fantastic and ensure high visual and merchandising standards.
Support with deliveries, stock management and replenishment.
Work as part of a fun, energetic and supportive team.
Represent the brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
A genuine passion for fashion and retail.
Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
