This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing people and creating an exceptional customer experience.

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver strong sales, outstanding service and excellent operational standards. You'll be highly visible on the shop floor, using your commercial awareness and leadership skills to maximise performance and create an engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing and driving the success of the new concept by:

• Taking full ownership of store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.
• Leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Driving sales, conversion and performance through a strong shop-floor presence.
• Creating an inspiring customer experience that reflects the brand and new concept.
• Managing stock, merchandising and visual standards across the store.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of your team.
• Monitoring performance and using commercial insight to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintaining excellent operational, compliance and health & safety standards.
• Creating a positive, energetic and high-performing store culture.
• Working closely with the wider business to help shape and develop the new retail concept.
