Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next opportunity with a popular and well-established retail and lifestyle brand?

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join a successful store in Blanchardstown . This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer-focused business where you will take ownership of store performance, team development and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team

• Take ownership of store sales, KPIs and commercial performance

• Drive sales and maximise opportunities to achieve and exceed targets

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and stock management

• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards

• Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities

• Ensure company policies, procedures and compliance standards are followed

About You

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven background within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager ready for the next step

• Experience managing, coaching and developing retail teams

• A strong track record of delivering sales and KPI targets

• A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organisational and operational abilities

• Experience managing recruitment, training and performance
