Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a highly successful retail and lifestyle brand?

We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a flagship store in Dundrum, Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile store for a popular and well-established brand, with a strong focus on customer experience, commercial performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large retail team to deliver outstanding results

• Take ownership of sales, KPIs and overall store performance

• Drive commercial performance and maximise every sales opportunity

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards

• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop your team

• Manage performance and create a strong culture of engagement

• Oversee daily store operations, stock management and compliance

• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards

• Analyse sales and commercial data to identify opportunities for growth

• Lead by example and act as a strong brand ambassador

• Ensure the flagship store consistently reflects the brand's values and standards

About You

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven background in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, ideally within a high-volume or flagship store

• Strong experience managing and developing retail teams

• A proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets

• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences

• Experience managing recruitment, training and performance
