The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, leading from the front to drive sales, develop your team and deliver an excellent customer experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
Managing day-to-day operations, compliance and team performance
Recruiting, developing and retaining great people
Creating a positive, high-energy store environment
About You
You'll be an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager from a fashion or premium retail environment who:
Has a proven track record of delivering strong sales and KPI results
Enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team
Has strong commercial awareness and a hands-on leadership style
Is confident managing the day-to-day running of a busy retail store
Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
