Key Responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience: Lead from the front, ensuring every customer receives a memorable, engaging and consistent experience.

• Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of sales, profitability and key KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise performance.

• Drive Engagement: Create an environment that encourages customers to spend time in-store, return regularly and become advocates for the brand.

• Manage Operations: Maintain excellent standards across stock, compliance, Health & Safety and day-to-day store operations.

• Be Commercially Curious: Understand your customer, local market and competitors, using insight to identify opportunities and continually improve performance.
