Lancashire | £28,000-£32,000 | Full-Time
Zachary Daniels are working exclusively with a growing consumer and ecommerce brand to recruit a Social & Content Assistant to join their marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media and wants to build a career in content, fashion, lifestyle and digital marketing.
You'll help create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and other social channels, supporting campaigns, shoots, launches and day-to-day content activity.
The Role
As Social & Content Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
Creating and scheduling social content across key platforms
Producing TikToks, Reels, Stories and short-form video
Writing engaging captions and social copy
Supporting shoots, content days, campaigns and launches
Filming content both behind and in front of the camera
Spotting emerging trends, sounds and social formats
Bringing fresh content ideas to the wider team
Supporting influencer, creator and UGC activity
Monitoring engagement and helping improve content performance
Maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone creative, proactive and genuinely passionate about social media.
You'll ideally have:
Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram
Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Basic photography and videography skills
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
A good understanding of what makes social content perform
Strong awareness of social trends and digital culture
Confidence appearing on camera when needed
Strong organisation and plenty of creative ideas
Previous experience could come from a role, internship, freelance work or even your own social channels - creativity, attitude and potential are key.
The Package
£28,000-£32,000, depending on experience
