Zachary Daniels are proud to be representing a leading home retail brand in the search for a Content Assistant to join its growing Marketing and Ecommerce team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in ecommerce, digital content, SEO or marketing who wants to develop their career with a well-established consumer brand.
You'll help create, manage and optimise content across the brand's website, marketplaces, email campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring everything is accurate, engaging and designed to drive traffic and conversion.
The role
Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing and external partners, you'll support the delivery of high-quality digital content across multiple customer touchpoints.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Uploading and maintaining product listings across the website and third-party marketplaces.* Ensuring product descriptions, imagery and specifications are accurate and consistent with brand guidelines.* Creating and updating landing pages, promotional content and campaign assets.* Supporting brochure content and ensuring product information is accurate and compliant.* Optimising website content, meta titles and descriptions for SEO.* Supporting keyword strategies and managing blog content.* Using approved AI tools to improve the quality and effectiveness of content.* Supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches and website updates.* Monitoring content and product performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.* Supporting A/B testing and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.* Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Training and external agencies.What we're looking for
You may currently be working as a Content Assistant, Ecommerce Assistant, Digital Marketing Assistant, Content Executive, Ecommerce Executive or Junior SEO Executive and be looking for your next opportunity.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience within ecommerce, digital marketing or content.* Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.* An understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.* Experience using a CMS and updating website content.* Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.* Some knowledge of HTML/CSS.* Experience with tools such as Photoshop or Canva.* An understanding of UX and conversion optimisation.* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.* A proactive, collaborative and problem-solving approach.Experience with platforms such as Salesforce or Marketing Cloud would be advantageous but isn't essential.
