Key Responsibilities of a Concession Manager:
- Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance
- Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor
- Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management
- Build relationships within the store
What we are Looking for:
- Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused premium or luxury retail environment
- A passionate and inspiring individual
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
- Experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of CRM
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
