What You'll Do As Floor Manager:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects our premium standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
- Manage floor operations efficiently, from stock control to visual merchandising
- Work closely with senior management to execute strategic initiatives
About You:
- Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader, or Floor Manager in a retail environment
- A passion for retail and a deep understanding of customer service excellence
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Commercially aware, with a focus on achieving results
