As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Full ownership of store performance, driving sales, KPIs, and client experience
- Leading from the front to deliver a premium, personalised shopping journey
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with a focus on styling and service
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand identity
- Driving clientelling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
