YOUR MISSION
As Social and Community Manager you will own and execute our clients organic social ecosystem, transforming strategy into day-to-day reality.
You'll be responsible for reshaping their social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, building a scalable creator and UGC engine, and turning customers into an engaged, loyal community.
This role will translate brand strategy into social-first content, rituals, and relationships that make the business easy to find and hard to leave.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You're a social-native operator with strong instincts and no fear of being hands-on.
You understand strategy, but you're equally comfortable executing briefing creators, reviewing content, iterating quickly, and building systems from the ground up.
You've worked with influencers and UGC creators before, know what good looks like on social, and can spot it instantly.
You thrive in fast-moving environments, take ownership naturally, and care deeply about building something meaningful, not just posting content.
What we're looking for:
Platform Fluency
Strong experience managing Instagram and TikTok, with working knowledge of YouTube and Facebook as social platforms.
Creator & UGC Experience
Hands-on experience sourcing, briefing, and managing influencers and UGC creators at pace.
Social-First Thinking
A sharp instinct for platform-native content, trends, hooks, and formats that drive engagement organically.
Organisation & Ownership
Comfortable managing calendars, briefs, feedback loops, and multiple workstreams independently.Analytical Mindset
Able to read performance data, spot patterns, and apply learnings quickly.
Adaptability
Thrives in a fast-growing brand where priorities evolve and autonomy is high.
