What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating a large team to deliver standout service and strong commercial results

• Embedding new store standards following substantial investment

• Building a high-performance culture through coaching, development and clear succession planning

• Owning the P&L, analysing data and identifying opportunities to grow the business

• Working closely with senior leaders to ensure the store becomes a benchmark within the region
