Zachary Daniels is looking for an Interim Head of Operations to drive performance across a multi-site retail business during a key growth and transformation phase. This is a hands-on role for an experienced leader who can deliver immediate impact.

As Interim Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity, enhancing performance, and supporting senior leadership in delivering key business priorities. You will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver fast, effective solutions across a broad multi-site estate.

You will be a leader who is comfortable driving sales as well as being involved with the details of stores and locations to maximise sales and profitability.

The Head of Operations Role

• Own operational delivery and commercial performance across all locations
• Lead, inspire, and stabilise multi-site teams
• Identify and implement rapid operational improvements
• Ensure high standards of service, compliance, and efficiency
• Partner with senior leadership on key projects

About the new Head of Operations

• Proven senior operations experience in retail or consumer-facing multi-site environments
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and commercial acumen
• Experienced in interim or contract roles (preferred)
• Able to deliver results quickly and lead teams through change
• Immediate availability
