What you'll be doing as our Assistant Manager:

• As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth store operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
• Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
• Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
• Supporting the team to meet targets and helping to drive store KPIs
• Coaching and motivating the retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Supporting analysis of store performance reports and helping implement ideas to improve KPIs
• Helping maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and brand aesthetic

Desired Skills:

• Proven retail experience, ideally with supervisory or assistant management experience
• Experience in people management and the ability to motivate a team
• Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
• Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment
• Solution-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable supporting store operations
