What you'll be doing as our Store Manager:
As the Store Manager, you will lead your retail team by example and ensure outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
- Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
- Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
- Motivating your team to hit targets and seeing KPIs as opportunities
- Managing the store efficiently, including rota planning to cover high footfall, deliveries, and product moves
- Training and coaching your retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Analysing store performance reports and implementing ideas to improve KPIs
- Acting as the point of escalation for customer queries to ensure positive resolutions
- Following Visual Merchandising instructions to maintain the brand's aesthetic
Desired Skills:
- Proven retail experience, ideally as a Store Manager
- People management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment
- Solution-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
