We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Marketing specialism at Zachary Daniels, one of the UK's leading retail and consumer recruitment agencies.
Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting marketing roles, but we will also consider strong recruiters from other sectors who are eager to specialise in marketing and bring transferable skills to a fast-growing desk.
This is a desk with huge growth potential across retail, eCommerce, and consumer brands, from innovative start-ups to global leaders. You'll have the autonomy to shape your market, supported by a high-performing, collaborative team and the backing of a brand that's recognised for quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and managing client relationships across retail, eCommerce, and consumer marketing.
- Running the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
- Developing new business opportunities while maximising existing client accounts.
- Sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional marketing talent.
- Writing engaging job adverts and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Collaborating with colleagues across ZD to share insight and opportunities.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Recruitment experience, ideally within marketing, but we will also consider strong recruiters from other sectors.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to develop new business.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Driven, ambitious, and ready to build a successful marketing desk.
