TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learning how to run the full recruitment cycle with guidance and support.
• Developing new business by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Speaking to candidates daily, building relationships, and understanding their career goals.
• Supporting consultants with sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Writing engaging job adverts and managing responses.
• Building knowledge of marketing roles, clients, and industry trends.
• Taking ownership of building your desk and driving it forward.

QUALITIES NEEDED:

• Ideally a graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Fashion, or similar.
• A genuine interest in marketing and people.
• Confidence to build relationships and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Curiosity, resilience, and ambition to succeed.
• Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• A team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
