Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently seeking a Flagship Visual Merchandiser to join a global lifestyle brand for a 1 year contract.

Our client is a fast-paced high street retailer that are still expanding! You will already be in a Flagship VM role or field experience beneficial. This role will support all retail stores in the region, supporting with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on company global guidelines. This role is hybrid.

Flasghip Visual Merchandiser responsibilities:

• Promote product commerciality through innovative in store presentations.
• Utilise sales reports to drive effective floor presentations
• Review performance of product sales, working closely with store managers
• Provide feedback to global teams
• Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors
• Coach and train in store teams on the brand aesthetic and VM practices.

Our Flagship Visual Merchandiser will have / be:

• Full driving license essential
• Min 3 years within a Flagship VM ole.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Second European language desired.
• Team Player
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Attention to detail
