Regional Manager - Yorkshire| Location: Yorkshire (Field-based across the region)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We're proud to be working with a fantastic retail business that's growing fast and now looking for a Regional Manager to lead the North West. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-loved, people-first retailer that puts customers and colleagues at the heart of everything they do.

As Regional Manager, you'll lead, support, and inspire a group of stores across the North West. You'll be a hands-on leader, focused on driving commercial results, developing your teams, and ensuring every store delivers an outstanding customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing sales performance with people leadership. You'll take strategy from head office and turn it into operational success - growing sales, maintaining high standards, and building a culture where colleagues feel valued and motivated.

What you'll bring:

• Experience at Regional or Area Management level within retail (or a similar service-led industry)

• A proven ability to deliver results across sales, service, and people development

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coach store managers to perform at their best

• Experience managing change and driving improvements across multiple locations
