The Role
As a CRM Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing the CRM strategy to increase engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be responsible for:Delivering engaging CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
Coordinating with creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
Driving performance through testing, data insights, and customer journey optimisation
Supporting activity across online transactions, cross-sell/upsell, and retention initiatives
Monitoring campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations for improvement
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in CRM, ideally within retail, lifestyle, or ecommerce
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and campaign optimisation
Hands-on with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-focused
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
