Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Oversee all aspects of retail operations, from stock control and visual merchandising to health & safety compliance.
• Drive commercial performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
