A leading name in the sports and lifestyle retail sector is seeking an experienced Associate Trade Marketing Manager to take ownership of strategic marketing activities across key UK retail accounts. This role will play a crucial role in planning and executing trade marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with product calendars and optimising visibility through omnichannel campaigns.
The Associate Trade Marketing Manager will be instrumental in building account-specific strategies that reflect the needs of both the brand and its partners. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, they will ensure consistent messaging, impactful campaigns, and maximised return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive account-specific trade marketing plans in line with the broader UK strategy, with particular focus on high-value partnerships
Develop compelling sell-in and pre-line presentations tailored to individual accounts
Implement 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels including retail, digital, and experiential
Monitor campaign performance, analysing ROI and consumer impact to inform future activity
Manage budgets and creative resources to ensure brand consistency and partner satisfaction
Work with creative teams and external agencies to deliver innovative in-store and online content
Ensure correct application of brand guidelines across all assets and touchpoints
Maintain regular communication on campaign progress and market developments
Collaborate with athlete and talent partnerships to support major brand moments
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in trade marketing, preferably within the sports or lifestyle sector
Strong grasp of omnichannel marketing, with a keen understanding of ecommerce
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Competent in campaign analysis, with a focus on data-led decision making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
