Rooted in clean design, conscious production, and everyday functionality, this brand is carving out a bold space in the modern fashion landscape and they're now looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the charge.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic, creative leader to join a purpose-driven brand with strong values, a loyal customer base, and big plans. You'll work directly with the founders to shape the brand's direction and scale its presence both online and offline.

About the Role:
As Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of brand development, growth marketing, customer engagement, and communications strategy. You'll lead a small, passionate team and work across every touchpoint from digital to PR, social to CRM to ensure the brand not only looks great but performs brilliantly too.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Lead the evolution of the brand across all channels, ensuring a bold, consistent identity and strong market positioning.
- Performance Marketing: Own strategy and performance across paid social, search, email, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
- Campaign Planning: Conceptualise and execute impactful campaigns with compelling narratives that resonate with today's consumer.
- Customer Experience & CRM: Optimise website journeys and CRM platforms to elevate engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Content & Social Media: Oversee content direction and social media output, working with internal and freelance creatives.
- PR & Partnerships: Manage press outreach and build meaningful brand collaborations.
- Team Leadership: Grow and inspire a high-performing team that lives and breathes the brand's purpose.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be both commercially savvy and creatively sharp; someone who's just as comfortable leading strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves in a start-up-style environment.
We're looking for:
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns that drive real growth
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, performance channels, and brand building
- A passion for sustainability, product storytelling, and modern design
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
