French Speaking Wholesale Coordinator | Consumer Goods | North London (2 days in-office) | £35,000 - £37,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

The Role

As Wholesale Coordinator, you'll work closely with the European sales team and key internal departments (operations, supply chain, commercial and marketing) to ensure smooth day-to-day management of customer accounts - particularly French retailers and partners.

This is an operationally-focused coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments and markets, with the ability to keep processes on track and communication flowing between teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for account-specific queries across the European customer base - especially French accounts
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Provide in-depth product set-up info (e.g., New Line Forms), ensuring customers have everything they need to go to market
  • Analyse sales and stock data and generate weekly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure customer pricing and data are accurate and up to date
  • Process and track orders, managing open order workbooks and liaising with planning, operations, and sales
  • Attend internal and external sales meetings
  • Partner with the marketing team when required to ensure materials and information align with customer needs
  • Support key initiatives that improve internal processes and workflows
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the team

The Person

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll likely have worked in an operations or coordination role within a consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale business, where you've worked across functions and supported B2B clients and internal stakeholders.

You will also bring:

  • Fluent French and English language skills (Dutch a bonus)
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a background in B2B account coordination
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working independently and juggling competing deadlines
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and MS Office
