- Head of Footwear & Accessories | North West England | Salary DOE | Competitive & Confidential | Strong Benefits & Bonus Scheme
You don't just make product - you craft culture. If you're reading this, it's because you've already done the work, paid your dues, and now you're ready to build something iconic.
We're not looking for someone to manage a process. We're looking for someone to own it, drive it and build it stronger.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the full journey of every style: concept to market launch.
- Strategise. Source. Succeed. Your development and sourcing strategy will shape the future.
- Be the bridge between vision and execution - translating dream-level design into flawless, high-functioning product.
- Shape silhouettes, last constructions, tooling - even the fit science behind every pair.
- Own margins, costings, and negotiation tables. You won't just attend meetings - you lead them.
- Develop the blueprint for how they build product: critical paths, calendars, tech packs, PLM. You set the gold standard.
- Challenge materials. Demand innovation. Sustainability isn't a trend there - it's built into your sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with Merch, Design, Production - and still lead your own team.
- Mentor the next wave: your team will follow your tempo - fast, focused, fierce.
- Be their fit-obsessed quality gatekeeper. From lab testing to wear trials - you'll know what works and what won't.
- Read the room. Read the market. Read the runway.
Who You Are:
- You've lived in tech packs and traveled for innovation.
- You don't just chase trends - you predict them.
- Fluent in the language of suppliers, production lines, and bottom lines.
- Fiercely organised, unapologetically passionate, and addicted to perfect product.
Why This Role?
- Because these roles don't come around often.
- Because you want to work with people who push, create, and deliver.
- Because you want a seat at the table where decisions aren't just made - they're defined.
