An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading multi-brand retail group undergoing significant international growth. With an impressive portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, they are expanding into new sectors and markets and are now seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their team.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site retail environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, values-driven team.
The Role
As HR Business Partner - North & International, you will:Partner with UK (North) and International retail teams to provide strategic and operational HR support
Deliver across a broad range of HR areas including employee relations, L&D, engagement, reward, and succession planning
Act as a key contact during store openings, closures, and structural changes
Develop and deliver HR projects aligned with business goals, providing key people insights and metrics
Coach and support leaders and managers, ensuring a consistent and legally compliant approach
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multi-site retail or customer-focused environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law; international exposure (particularly US) is required.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to deliver results and influence stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Comfortable with travel across the UK and internationally as required
