What they're looking for:You'll be:
- Producing insightful monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliation
- Working closely with department heads to support budgeting & forecasting
- Owning and evolving key analysis and reporting tools to support growth
- Reviewing payroll data and providing monthly insights
- Playing a key role in process improvements and financial controls
- Building strong cross-functional relationships across the business
A fully qaulified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, and a genuine passion for driving process improvements.
