About the RoleAs a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the retail environment, leading your team to success. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your role will include:
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver excellent performance and customer engagement
- Providing coaching and mentorship to develop your team and drive individual growth
- Maximising sales potential and profitability, while meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Ensuring store presentation is in line with company visual merchandising standards
- Overseeing product launches and seasonal changes
- Promoting a culture of outstanding customer service
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador and representing the company's values and standards
About You
We are looking for a Store Manager with:- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A passion for retail, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and performance
