Key Responsibilities of an Assistant manager:
- Ensure every customer receives a positive, friendly experience through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
- Assist in executing promotional strategies and managing product placement to maximise sales opportunities.
- Take responsibility for the department's performance, contributing to its profitability and overall success.
