£60K - £70K, plus bonus potential up to £10K, car or car allowance & benefitsWe are currently looking for an experienced National Field Sales Manager with a track record in working closely with field-based sales teams, developing their skillsets and ensuring growth across multiple channels.

As the National Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the business. This role involves managing a team of Field Sales Representatives, working closely with individuals to fostering relationships with key customers, and driving business growth in various market segments.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the Field Sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team targets.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance to ensure accountability.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Identify new business opportunities & expand existing accounts through research, networking, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute a team business development strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic team business plans that drive growth and meet financial targets.
- Analyse sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies and ensure the achievement of targets.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
