Sales and Customer Focus
- Dive into sales analysis, taking bold actions to achieve outstanding results.

Operational Excellence
- Own the operational process, guiding planning at the store level.
- Support district managers in staff rota planning.

Profile
Experience: 2 to 5 years of people management experience within a retail multi-site environment
Competencies: Be the change agent, the motivator, the strategist. Drive results, inspire others, and champion teamwork.
Other Skills: Command MS Office applications like a pro.
