Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting lifestyle accessory brand. The brand has massive plans for growth and is looking for a driven and passionate Visual Merchandiser who can support and flawlessly execute Visual Merchandising and POS directives across their stores in IRELAND. You will be joining a recognised retailer who pride themselves of employee engagement and development.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Area Visual Merchandiser based in Dublin and covering a selection of stores across Dublin, Northern Ireland and rest of the ROI region. Ideally, you will be based in or around the Dublin area.

As the Visual Merchandiser you will focus on Brand standards, Product management, Commercial analysis, Communication, Multi-task and manage work priorities across multiple sites. This role will also involve regular travel across the region and occasional travel to London.

As an Area Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

• Implement all visual merchandising to comply with visual directives
• Ensure all windows, floor space and POS are presented to the highest standard
• Updating windows regularly
• Working alongside Store Management to determine product performance based on placement in the store
• To profitably develop the full sales potential of the store and your department, enhancing its reputation for its products, service, values and expertise
• Drive visual standards
• Optimisation of product ranging and stocking, engaging with appropriate HQ personnel
• Cost control
• Branch security, maintenance, housekeeping and appearance
• Staff standards of dress and presentation
• You will be pro-active and commercial to solve every day problems and make effective decisions
• Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met

The ideal candidate will have experience in Visual Merchandising either at a store or area VM level ! Also self motivated and have exposure to working in a customer focused or retail environment.

Generally the role will be a Monday to Friday, however the ideal visual merchandising candidate must be flexible for the occasional weekend and evening for new launches and promotions.
