Key Account Manager

Currently recruiting for a global organisation who are seeking a customer focussed candidate to oversee key accounts and build and develop with relationships with both new and existing clients.

This is a Pivotal role between the customer, outside sales and the rest of the organisation. The role is in essence about enhancing the service experience of the customer across all business channels and product segments.

In addition, this role is an integral part of the Customer Service Team and as such you will be required to handle inbound customer calls ensuring a high-quality customer experience in all interactions and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls, dealing with enquiries
• Always providing an excellent level of customer service
• Discussing products
• Overseeing key accounts and building relationships
• Creating quotations
• Checking stock availability
• Upselling products
• Providing information on products and looking at alternative products
• Liaising with channel managers to plan product campaigns
• Following up on campaigns with requests for orders
