Sales & Aftercare Executive

Zachary Daniels are working with a globally recognised luxury retail brand known for their exquisite pieces and collection. Steeped in history and heritage this a fantastic opportunity. Currently we are looking for someone to join the team in their boutique as a sales and service executive. You will have a multifunctional role, part sales, part aftersales and customer service administration.

The ideal candidate will need previous experience within administrative duties, within the Luxury Retail sector, Ability to build a strong rapport with Customers, using empathy to ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Demonstrable customer service and complaint-handling experience. Skilled in conflict management and having challenging conversations. Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise workload. A positive and proactive attitude with an ability to use your initiative to make decisions.

• Liaise with suppliers whenever necessary, regarding repairs or orders

  Follow up outstanding jobs

  Update the showroom staff on the progress of repairs and any variation to expected return dates

  Respond to customer telephone calls and queries

  Match repairs invoices with returned items

  Ensure that all the paperwork matches with the returned items

  Produce Appro return letters and ensure that the items are returning with the letter and with a contents note

  Ensure that the department's storage protocols are maintained

  Frank the items for posting out, using the correct postage level

  Undertake the packing and posting out of jobs

In return offering a competitive basic salary around £35,000 + Commission
