Zachary Daniels are exclusively recruiting for a General Manager in York for a luxury venue. With a salary of up to £36,000 plus great benefits, we are looking for a General Manager that is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers.

As a General Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service in your site.
• Ensuring standards are high across the site at all times.
• Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Achieving store and company KPI's.

The ideal candidate:

• You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability throughout all departments.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be target driven and customer service orientated
• Be highly motivated and ambitious.
• Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
