Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
- Hands on coaching, training and inspiring your managers to excel
- Hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Create development plans that align people growth with business needs
- Contribute to succession planning across the district
- Rota planning for your stores
Sales & Customer Experience
- Analyse sales performance and implement actions for growth
- Support store teams in customer engagement and conversion
- Monitor and respond to customer trends and feedback
- Shape our offer to reflect customer demand
Operational Excellence
- Oversee store operations and planning
- Support with rota and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with admin and financial processes
- Maintain and drive operational standards

- Experience: 2-5 years in a multi-site retail leadership role
- Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial acumen
- Tech-savvy: Confident with MS Office and data analysis
