Zachary Daniels are partnering with a fast-paced hospitality business to recruit an Internal Recruiter on a permanent basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves finding great people, building relationships and seeing the difference their hires make. You'll work closely with hiring managers and operational teams, helping them attract the talent they need while giving candidates a positive experience from the very first conversation.

The role as an Internal Recruiter:

You'll take ownership of vacancies from initial briefing through to offer and handover to onboarding, keeping hiring managers and candidates informed throughout. Working closely with the wider People team, you'll balance immediate hiring priorities with building relationships for future opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their teams, recruitment needs and what a great hire looks like.
• Managing multiple vacancies, keeping recruitment moving and making sure candidates receive timely feedback.
• Writing engaging adverts and choosing the right channels to reach suitable candidates.
• Proactively sourcing talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your own network.
• Screening and interviewing candidates, exploring their experience, motivations and suitability for the role.
• Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers to make informed recruitment decisions.
• Managing offers and keeping candidates engaged ahead of their start date.
• Building talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming vacancies.
• Keeping recruitment systems up to date and sharing clear progress updates with stakeholders.
• Identifying practical ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

You'll also be an ambassador for the business, helping candidates understand its culture, opportunities and what they can expect when they join.

About you:

You'll bring recruitment experience from an in-house team or external team, ideally within hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast-paced consumer business.

You'll be comfortable juggling vacancies and changing priorities, while making sure the people involved never feel forgotten. You'll know how to ask the right questions, build trust with hiring managers and look beyond an application to understand what someone could bring to a team.
