- Create personalised invitations for exclusive events, private client occasions and special celebrations.
- Produce handwritten thank-you notes, seasonal greetings, client appreciation cards and other relationship-building communications.
- Support client relationship management initiatives through thoughtful, individually prepared correspondence.
- Ensure every communication reflects the importance of the recipient and the standards expected within a luxury environment.

- Maintain exceptional standards of handwriting, calligraphy, presentation and quality control.
- Select appropriate fine stationery, writing paper, envelopes, inks and other materials.
- Proofread all correspondence meticulously before completion and dispatch.
- Handle sensitive client information and confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold the business's reputation for craftsmanship, personal service and attention to detail.
Organisation & Continuous Development
- Organise and prioritise correspondence requests, balancing deadlines and competing business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence requests and completion dates.
- Support stationery stock management and the ordering of writing materials.
