We're looking for an ambitious Business Manager to join a highly sought-after, trend-led beauty retailer at Stansted Airport.

About the Role
As Business Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising the store's commercial performance while building and developing a motivated, customer-focused team. You'll combine strong business acumen with a hands-on leadership style, ensuring sales targets are achieved, service standards remain high and the business continues to grow.
This role would suit an energetic retail leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, spotting opportunities to improve performance and bringing out the best in their team.

Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of the store's commercial performance, driving sales and key performance indicators.
Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver results and consistently high service standards.
Create an engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, payroll and staff scheduling.
Review sales results and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain excellent retail standards and ensure the store reflects the brand's identity and values.
About You
We're keen to speak with an ambitious retail leader who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for beauty, people development and customer service.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing a retail business, department or high-performing store.
A strong track record of driving sales and achieving commercial targets.
Confident leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
A proactive, hands-on approach to managing people and operations.
An interest in beauty, cosmetics and emerging retail trends.
The adaptability to thrive in a busy airport environment.
Experience within beauty, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail would be highly advantageous.
