The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, developing your team and delivering excellent customer service alongside strong commercial results.

You'll be a visible, hands-on leader who creates an environment where colleagues feel supported, customers feel valued and everyone understands what great service looks like.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

• Creating a positive working environment where colleagues feel motivated and valued.

• Delivering excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships.

• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance.

• Leading by example and maintaining high standards across the store.

• Managing stock, visual presentation and day-to-day store operations.

• Recruiting, training and retaining talented colleagues.

• Taking ownership of commercial performance while maintaining a strong focus on people and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

You'll currently be working as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment, with experience of leading a team and contributing to store performance.

You'll bring:

• Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people.

• A customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellent service.

• Commercial awareness and experience of driving sales and achieving targets.

• Confidence using KPIs to understand performance and improve results.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

• A hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
