Are you an experienced retail professional looking for a part-time role in Inverness?

We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Assistant / Supervisor to join a successful outdoor and sports brand. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in store, delivering excellent customer service and taking responsibility on shift.

You don't necessarily need to be an experienced Supervisor. If you're a strong Senior Sales Assistant or experienced Sales Assistant ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store

• Take responsibility for the store and team when required

• Drive sales and support the team to achieve targets

• Open and close the store when required

• Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation

• Receive deliveries and support with stock control and replenishment

• Lead by example on the shop floor

• Support and coach colleagues when required

• Help create a positive and engaging customer experience

About You:

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Experience working as a Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder or Supervisor is beneficial

• Confident, friendly and comfortable working with customers

• A positive, hands-on approach to retail

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Commercially aware with a focus on delivering great customer service

• Reliable and flexible, with availability across 2 days per week

• Must be able to drive
