I'm recruiting for an exciting Store Manager role in Southampton with a fast-growing fashion brand.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing store, lead a talented team and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for store performance, leading your team to deliver strong commercial results, exceptional customer service and high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and inspire the store team to achieve sales and KPI targets

• Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow sales

• Develop and motivate your team, supporting succession and progression

• Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards

• Work closely with senior and regional leadership

• Champion the brand and create a positive customer and team experience

About You

We're looking for a commercial, ambitious and people-focused Store Manager with:

• Previous Store Manager experience in a busy retail environment

• A strong track record of delivering sales and KPIs

• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills

• A commercial and customer-focused approach

• Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail
